  • Bank Transfer Payments: Orders paid via bank transfer are exempt from this transaction fee. If you cancel such an order, you will receive a full refund.


Processing Cancellation Requests

  • How to Request a Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. The faster you get in touch, the more likely we can halt the shipment and process your cancellation and refund.
